Die Firma Marx hat in unserem Haus die komplette Elektro, Sanitär und Heizungsinstallation ausgeführt. Wir waren und sind sehr zufrieden mit den Arbeiten. Auch den Wartungsvertrag für unsere Heizung haben wir an die Firma Marx vergeben, und sind auch hier sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten bisher noch nie Probleme mit den Mitarbeitern, was Fachkenntnis und Freundlichkeit betrifft.

Die Fa. Marx hatte bereits vor 31 Jahre die Heizung in meinem Neubau installiert. Jetzt wurde auch der Austausch mit einer neuen Anlage von der Fa. Marx ausgeführt. Anruf heute; Besichtigung am Tag darauf; Kostenvoranschlag noch am gleichen Tag; Ausführung termingerecht nach 2 Wochen. Die Anlage ist vom Schornsteinfeger abgenommen, der die Qualität der Arbeit besondern lobte. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch....was will man mehr....

I called today; I had an inspection the next day; I received a cost estimate the same day; and the work was completed on schedule after two weeks. The system has been inspected by the chimney sweep, who particularly praised the quality of the work. The price/performance ratio is also excellent...what more could you want?

Nachträgliche Reklamationen werden allerdings erst nach Monaten bei Drohung mit einem Klageverfahren zähneknirschend behoben. Schwierig diese Firma zu bewerten...
